If you have received any of the following:
- DWI or DUI
- Possession or Consumption of Alcohol, Marijuana, Other Drugs
- Possession or Consumption of Alcohol under the age of 21
- Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs under the age of 21
- Any of the above charges from another state
You will be required to receive a DWI assessment from a licensed agent in the State of North Carolina.
